INCENTIVE TRIP SOLVINITY

Eventic planned a two-day incentive trip for IT company Solvinity.

Solvinity is an international IT company with four separate offices. As the company wanted to increase cohesion within these offices, they decided to organize a joint event where their employees could get to know each other better and mingle.
Our guests started the trip with a beautiful dinner in a central location between the company's four offices. We continued with an interactive program where everyone got to know each other better and ended with a party. We rented dozens of bungalows which enabled our guests to stay closer together than a hotel would enable us.
The next day we departed to Utrecht, where we started the day with a cup of coffee and a snack to recover from the night before. In Utrecht we introduced our guests to an IT related teambuilding game that required them to explore the city at the same time. Finally, we enjoyed a healthy lunch before everyone departed to their own cities.
Employees were thrilled to get to know their fellow Solvineers they saw on weekly Zoom meetings, but never met in real life.
